Today I started working at 4am. I had a list of things to do longer than I’ve stared down in as long as I can remember. I realized after I’ve been working for about two hours that most of it had been hands-free – meaning I had been using voice commands and language based coding solutions to do pretty much all of my work. Sending emails, setting up appointments, creating event communications, writing articles, and updating our website with a new landing page. And suddenly at 2 PM today holy sh*t I was done. I couldn’t believe it. It’s like I had scored another 2 1/2 hours in my day. So what did I do? I went to the gym. I got my car washed. And now I’m going to go meet a friend. The whole AI thing feels really really good. Also dictating this post. Screw formatting. let’s be free.

Another Claude Code Chief of Staff workshop in the books for Launch by Lunch 🍕… right in the middle of a massive Anthropic outage. 🙈

So what did we do? Switched gears to authorizing everyone’s Google accounts in the terminal so that by the time Anthropic  turned the lights back on an hour later, everyone was ready to fully connect their chief of staff. Calendar. Email. Docs. Done. ✅ 

Every single non-technical person in this room left with a working chief of staff ready to report tomorrow morning, without 1 dev in the room! 🫡
