As Head of Sales for French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino at OneDoc 🐧🇨🇭, I've had the opportunity to work with an exceptional team in a constantly evolving sector. My role has been to support and guide our team towards achieving our goals, also surpassing my own targets by 150%.

OneDoc is Switzerland's leading provider of digital healthcare solutions, working with over 7,000 healthcare professionals, including renowned hospitals and medical groups such as Hirslanden and Medbase. We have over 2.3 million active users in Switzerland.

This experience has not only enabled me to hone my sales and team management skills, but also to contribute to a greater mission: improving access to healthcare in Switzerland.

J'ai créé Inkwander dans le but de réunir la photographie, le design graphique et le marketing pour accompagner les entreprises et particuliers dans la création de leurs projets.

Je me suis occupé de gérer tous les aspects de Inkwander comme la vente, le financement de l'entreprise, le marketing, la comptabilité ou encore la création des visuelles (photos, graphisme).

Cette expérience m'a permis d'acquérir de bonnes connaissances sur la gestion de l'ensemble d'une entreprise. Après avoir atteint mes premiers objectifs au bout d'un an, j'ai décidé d'arrêter afin de rejoindre OneDoc en tant que Business Developer pour me concentrer sur la partie Sales.

Association romande CIAO 

We went from Lausanne to the Pointe de Corsen (Brest, France) by skateboard. During 3 months, with two friends, we crossed this beautiful country that is France without using any other means of transport than skateboard and our feet. 

The goal was to raise funds for the association Ciao.ch (crowdfunding) and to show that young people have the possibility to accomplish ambitious projects regardless of their age.

I was in charge of media relations (20 Minutes, RTS Télévision Suisse, l'Est Républicain, Ouest-France, le Télégramme, ...) and of feeding the social networks, in particular with a daily blog recounting our days of adventure (2000 readers). Overall, I was responsible for the preparation and the smooth running of the project. 

Thanks to this project, we won the "Prix Jeunesse 2017: engagement" awarded by the city of Lausanne.

J’ai détruit les rêves d’un gamin qui voulait devenir entrepreneur.

Ce gamin de 16 ans m’a parlé de son envie de créer une entreprise. Il débordait d’ambition et d’énergie.

Je lui ai demandé pourquoi il voulait entreprendre.
« Pour créer des trucs, être libre et devenir riche. »

— Et comment vas-tu t’y prendre ?

“Je vais tenter plein de trucs et on verra ce qui marche. Mon objectif, c’est de sauver le monde.”

Ah… sauver le monde.
L’innocence m’a fait sourire.

J’ai failli lui dire :
– Tu vas perdre des amis.
– Tu vas être super anxieux.
– Tu vas louper plus souvent que tu ne vas réussir.
– Et même le jour où tu penseras avoir “réussi”, tu comprendras que ce n’était qu’une illusion.
– Tu douteras, et tu devras tenir bon, encore et encore.

Mais je savais que mes mots n’allaient pas l’arrêter, alors je l’ai laissé essayer.
Comme m’a toujours dit mon père : “Fais tes propres expériences.”

Et quelques années plus tard… ce gamin, c’est devenu moi.
👉 Là, en train d’imaginer parler à mon moi adolescent.

(Et pour ceux qui ont perdu le fil : j’ai “détruit” ses rêves en les vivant… pas en brisant le cœur d’un ado au hasard, promis.)

Nos rêves sont souvent naïfs, et le chemin pour y parvenir est rude.
Mais si on m’avait révélé tout ça à l’avance, je n’aurais sûrement rien tenté.

C’est grâce à cette insouciance que j’ai pu essayer, me tromper, recommencer…
et finir par construire quelque chose qui me ressemble, sans me faire piéger par ma propre entreprise; une prison dorée.
