Grew the sales and marketing teams and developed a method of coordinating demand gen tactics with outbound sales development reps in ABM campaigns. This resulted in higher quality opportunities and improved SDR effectiveness.

Guided product strategy to support more than 1,000 platform users that selected our software to handle over 50 million social customer care interactions. Customers were enterprise brands such as Virgin Mobile and HelloFresh.
