About me:

I'm Finn, 29, grew up in Bremen, Germany, studied Physics & Philosophy in Heidelberg for 3 semesters, dropped out of college in 2017 because I was doing it for other people, flew to New York with no plans, documented the journey on Linkedin, Instagram and Youtube, and started my first company (Project 33) on the back of having grown a small audience. We're a small remote agency that helps B2B founders & execs create thought leadership content for Linkedin.

In my free time, which I try to have as much as possible of, I read (fav author: Nassim N. Taleb), write, run, lift, code (currently building an app), cook, make Youtube videos, turn books into Instagram accounts, grapple (BJJ), and travel (lived in NYC, Cape Town, Bali, Minsk, CMDX, Lima & Antalya so far). In December 2020 I married the most beautiful woman in the world. In January 2023, I became dad to the most beautiful baby girl. We currently live in Berlin, Germany.

The worst LinkedIn scam right now?

I'll go first:

"CLAUDE has replaced my entire $20k/m SDR team" 

If you speak to any actual GTM tech person, they'll tell you in about 5 seconds that all of these posts are click bait.

LinkedIn could be the source of all your leads.

Are you doing this?

In year 1 of our LinkedIn content agency, me and Aman Ghataura posted daily content.

This allowed us to blow past $1M in closed contracts.

Hire 90% of our team (the remaining few came from Upwork).

And build a waitlist of new clients any time we had churn (agency game is the agency game, client’s left).

Fast forward to 2026, we both still post and still have a waitlist for our agency.

Here’s how to duplicate the strategy:

1. Your current ‘hero’ account finds winning topics. Drives main impression share and has the highest posting volume. (This was my account before Aman Ghataura started posting) 

2. You add +1 account that posts at least 3x a week that takes winners from the ‘hero account’ then adds a different spin on them.

3. Once the second account builds momentum, you start testing new ideas and new angles on it. Until it becomes it's own ‘hero account’.

You repeat the cycle with every new exec team member.

This could look like:

1. Main Founder posting daily.
2. CMO/Head Of Growth posting 3x a week.
3. COO/Head of fulfilment posting 3x a week.

Over time, each of the individual accounts under your brand name become ‘hero accounts’.

Then you are able to double down across all the connected accounts on winners.

And your learning speed compounds.
