As an intern joining the team during a 3.5-month internship, I had a crucial role in both frontend and backend development during the early stages of our mobile app's development. Human-written content is becoming a new luxury. Reading AI phrases where: “AI is quietly shaping” and “it’s not just this, it’s that” is like eating artificial vegetables. 

What’s sad is that lots of the times there is a great thought behind the words. Someone wrote it and sent to chatgpt. Then it returned this glossy polished flavourless text that you published with barely any edits. But really your initial version was so much better, sharper, authentic. Never thought I'd enjoy the tiny imperfections and little typos in the text so much. 

I don’t know about you but it’s so hard for me to read posts with AI language in them. 

When I search for music playlists I always add a year 2019, 2020, 2021 - something before AI. It’s how I know I get non-AI created music which, again, I can smell a mile away. 

Wish I could do the same with text content too. 
Something written by human is like a breath of fresh air now.

Do you have an article that gets 0 traffic and ranks for 0 keywords?

Of course you have. We all do.

Well, turns out it can still be cited among the very first sources by ChatGPT.

Remember the research by Ahrefs saying that 76% of AI Overviews citations come from pages ranking in Google’s top 10?

For ChatGPT, those numbers look very different. It tends to cite content outside of the top 10 far more often.

So if you have an article that doesn’t get organic traffic – maybe it's just busy helping ChatGPT answer questions 🙈

Content doesn’t “not work.”
It works in different places now.

Four years. 48 months. 1461 days.
I hope and pray this is the last year we have to count

0% visibility or a wrong prompt? 

Treating prompts like keywords can backfire. 

For example, when the prompt is literally a high-intent keyword like "proposal management software" LLM visibility tools may show 0% even for market leaders. 

And no, it's not because your SEO/AEO/GEO team did a bad job. 

LLMs tend to reply with: 
- definition (like, you typed three words, what did you expect?)
- specifying what exactly you mean 
- asking you if you want to see some tools and solutions 

At the same time, if you ask: 
"What are the best tools/software for proposal management" you are much more likely to get an actual answer with the list of tools - something you were looking for to begin with. 

When you are using an LLM visibility tool, make sure you: 

A: Put in correct prompts (preferable questions) 
B: Check those 0% visibility - do they have any brands in the response at all?
