Almost every time, the founders joining our MVP validation sprints come with a crystal-clear product idea… or so they think:

They have a list of features, a target market, and a deadline.

They want us to say "yes, we love it" and build fast.

Instead, 9 times out of 10, we push back.

We challenge every assumption:

How we go from idea →validated MVP in 6 weeks (step by step):

1. Week 0: Ruthless alignment

We start by killing the founder’s “pet features” and locking in the one problem that makes or breaks the business.

If you can’t explain your core value prop in one blunt sentence, you’re not ready to build.

2. Week 1: Real user interviews (no survey BS)

We get the founder out of their bubble.

Talk to 5-10 target users, live (not with a Google Form).

Ask about their last real pain, not “Would you use this?”

This is where most SaaS ideas die (and that’s a good thing).

3. Week 2: Risk mapping

We list every assumption that could destroy your business model.

Then we grab the riskiest one and design our MVP to smash it fast.

No “nice to haves.” Only “must have” proof.

4. Week 3–4: Design-driven build

We use wireframes to map just the critical user flow – nothing more.

How you respond when the chips are down … 

That is what makes a GREAT entrepreneur! 🏆

Anyone can feel elated when everything is falling into place—but a true champion also manages to stay upbeat and bounce back from heartache and pain. 

“Nobody thought we could win. Nobody but US!” 

These were the words from Brandon Siler on the Florida Gators championship win in 2006 (before being drafted into the NFL in 2007 where he played as a linebacker for 6 years). 

The parallels between American Football and Entrepreneurship: 👇

- It is not about how hard you get hit; it is about how quickly you get back up again and resolve to carry on. 

- Victory is often won or lost in the mind. The team with the most positive and forward-facing mindset comes out on top. 

- You have to put in the reps away from the field; or before you start to market your products and services. 

- The team rises and falls together. Individual flairs of brilliance are possible and desirable; but not at the expense of the team unit and their overall joint-success. 

- Opposition teams or businesses want to tear you down. You must rise to the challenge and competition; using it as fuel to keep getting better across time.

Genuine LinkedIn Thought Leaders are rare …

But that provides a great opportunity for you to be one! 

We have helped thousands of entrepreneurs to grow & monetize on LinkedIn. 

And, if I had to pick 1 factor which always determines their personal brand awareness and revenue growth, it would = Becoming a LinkedIn Thought Leader! 

That DOES NOT mean: 
- Just sharing what *others* have said 
- Talking about the perceived failings of *others* all the time
- Rehashing viral TikTok videos from *others*

It DOES mean: 
- Adding value with innovative solutions to “pain points”
- Becoming the number 1 go-to authority in your market
- Creating mind association in the brain of target audience

In other words, don’t aim to make extra profit via LinkedIn—but rather have a daily mission to cement yourself as a LinkedIn Thought Leader. 

The extra profit will then come as a *by-product* of that strong Personal Brand Awareness. At that point, you don’t need to pitch anyone in the DMs, because your inbox will fill up with inbound enquiries. Trust me (it worked for me).

Outstanding LinkedIn Content is like throwing the best party in the world. Your guest waiting list will soon fill up without you needing to actually invite anyone directly!

“The hiring system is broken!” 

We hear this so often with job candidates who are not where they wish to be. 

But this is very disempowering to them. The route of personal responsibility is much healthier! 

If you don’t land the dream job targeted: 

-Either the hiring system is against you 
-Or you needed to submit a better application 

You should hope that it is the latter—because you can actually do something about that (unlike the former). 

Don’t get me wrong … Clearly, the hiring system can ALWAYS improve—but it is the same for everyone—and someone has to land the perfect new role. 

Believing that you have the power to change your own circumstances is very liberating—so don’t let others make you feel like a victim to them! 

In truth, we review thousands of CVs and Resumes from those who claim to have not been hired because the “hiring system is broken”. 

After 30 seconds of reading their application materials, we can see that it is simply an excuse—because their CV or Resume is not up to scratch. 

Don’t be a victim in your career. Be a *VICTOR* instead! 🏆
