My journey as a Marketer started here, I was given the opportunity to choose between the sales or marketing road. Marketing seemed much more interesting to me, and I decided that it's the field in which I'll specialize. The 2 years were spent on learning the basics to understand everything about the broad "Digital Marketing". SEO seemed like the best way to go, it was interesting at that time so I put more effort into learning it. I was responsible for implementing the marketing strategy, SEO optimization, copywriting, translations, helping the sales team and a few other things.

When I joined Maxima Consulting as a Marketing Manager in 2020, the company’s marketing efforts were almost non-existent. Today, our marketing team consists of 3 people, including myself. Our profile on LinkedIn has more than 20.000 followers. The clients regularly mention our marketing efforts in conversations, and our campaigns drive more and more candidates into our hiring pipeline.

Building the Maxima marketing division from scratch was definitely a challenge. Today, we have a real impact on the Maxima brand, its messaging, and its image. The leadership acknowledges and appreciates the team's efforts. We’re just getting started but I believe we continue to move in the right direction.

My goal for the near future is to grow the Maxima brand: both as an excellent employer and as a trusted partner to businesses of all sizes, in Europe and beyond. For me, the sky is the limit. I won’t be satisfied until people in the industries we support recognize our brand as synonymous with quality and expertise. In marketing, there are no immediate results, so I understand we need to be patient to achieve that.

Being a competitive person, I believe that the work in marketing suits me. I enjoy solving unexpected issues, tracking our progress toward goals, and comparing Maxima’s results to the competitors. Of course, I understand that marketing is a team effort. I always put people I work with first, dedicate myself to being a dependable leader, and encourage team cooperation.

My role as a Marketing Manager is a complex one. On the one hand, I’m responsible for my team and overseeing their work. On the other, I have my own tasks to perform, including developing strategic plans, social media management, video content creation, and running paid campaigns. Even my experience in writing and translation (especially from German to Polish) comes in handy from time to time.

Outside Maxima, I enjoy following automotive news, going to the gym, and working on my podcast about leadership in the B2B space.

And GigSoft offers also professional services in the following expertise: analysts / programmers, DBA, IT security consultants, project managers and offers application development projects. 

Main tasks:
•	Responsible for setting up and achieving the financial (P&L) and non-financial targets;
•	Drafting and executing lead generation, business and account plans;
•	Responsible for the operating result and responsible for the sales team (2);
•	Reselling a predictive analysis solution to the financial market (in collaboration with Radboud University) and to Shell;
•	Recruitment of IT professionals (Java, C #, VB, MS Sql, Outsystems, Oracle) and project managers.

Part-time involved at research project of Freeband (TU Twente) 5/2004 – 9/2006
Subsidized research in collaboration with universities, IT companies and Telematica institute. The aim of the research is to develop a new architecture modeling tool based on Model Driven Architecture (MDA) to generate model to model. Foreign employee / student of GigSoft was full-time involved.

ISDC is a Dutch software company that offers outsourcing projects in application development. The projects are carried out in Romania by agile / scrum methodology. Application development in Java, C #, IoS and Android, PhP, BI / AI development and software Integration (Mulesoft, Bizztalk, ESB).

Main tasks:
•	   Drafting and executing strategic account plans. As a strategic account manager responsible for hunting and farming (up-sell and cross-sell);
•	   Responsible for customer satisfaction;
•	   Setting up and monitoring sales forecast;
•	   Analyzing technological developments in different markets;
•	   Providing and developing automated sentiment analysis solution for ING based on customer feedback on mobile banking app, twitter and other social media.

Centric Financial Consultancy

ComRIS offers IT security consultancy services and executing IT security projects, including ethical hacking activities. Implementing compliancy measures (ISO 2700X, SIEM, BIR / BIG) in strategic, tactical and operational areas. Offering security products (RSA, IDS).

Main tasks:
•	Drafting and executing lead generation, business and account plans;
•	As a strategic account manager responsible for hunting and farming at major accounts;
•	Responsible for expanding and managing account managers;
•	Conduct and monitoring sales forecast;
•	Analyzing of IT security trends in various markets and developing business strategy plans based on these trends;
•	Recruiting information IT security consultants.

Summa is part of a conglomerate in Indonesia. Part of this conglomerate is the Summa bank.

Main tasks:
•	   Responsible as manager for implementation of retail banking system and responsible for the development of retail banking system in Clipper;
•	   Setup a joint venture company together with BSO / Origin now ATOS.

WHAT I DO:
I help companies to boost to the next level as a whole and especially in setting up sales organizations, business development and managing accounts. 

HOW I DO IT:
First, analyze the organization from the business model value proposition, The basic idea is of how an organization creates, delivers and preserves value. Second, what are the causal links between the different objectives in the four perspectives: business value, customer, internal processes and learning and growth perspective. 
My approach in business development is 'solution selling approach'.

WHAT DISTINGUISHES ME:
I have a broad experience in managing companies, broad experience as business developer, good know-how in (new) innovative technology like application development (scrum/devops), AI/ML, cloud solution and development, block chain technology, IT security. I love innovation and humor!

To achieve this: the foundation stones for a balanced success are : HONESTY, CHARACTER, INTEGRITY, FAITH, LOVE, PEACE, PASSION AND LOYALTY!
