My journey as a Marketer started here, I was given the opportunity to choose between the sales or marketing road. Marketing seemed much more interesting to me, and I decided that it's the field in which I'll specialize. The 2 years were spent on learning the basics to understand everything about the broad "Digital Marketing". SEO seemed like the best way to go, it was interesting at that time so I put more effort into learning it. I was responsible for implementing the marketing strategy, SEO optimization, copywriting, translations, helping the sales team and a few other things.

When I joined Maxima Consulting as a Marketing Manager in 2020, the company’s marketing efforts were almost non-existent. Today, our marketing team consists of 3 people, including myself. Our profile on LinkedIn has more than 20.000 followers. The clients regularly mention our marketing efforts in conversations, and our campaigns drive more and more candidates into our hiring pipeline.

Building the Maxima marketing division from scratch was definitely a challenge. Today, we have a real impact on the Maxima brand, its messaging, and its image. The leadership acknowledges and appreciates the team's efforts. We’re just getting started but I believe we continue to move in the right direction.

My goal for the near future is to grow the Maxima brand: both as an excellent employer and as a trusted partner to businesses of all sizes, in Europe and beyond. For me, the sky is the limit. I won’t be satisfied until people in the industries we support recognize our brand as synonymous with quality and expertise. In marketing, there are no immediate results, so I understand we need to be patient to achieve that.

Being a competitive person, I believe that the work in marketing suits me. I enjoy solving unexpected issues, tracking our progress toward goals, and comparing Maxima’s results to the competitors. Of course, I understand that marketing is a team effort. I always put people I work with first, dedicate myself to being a dependable leader, and encourage team cooperation.

My role as a Marketing Manager is a complex one. On the one hand, I’m responsible for my team and overseeing their work. On the other, I have my own tasks to perform, including developing strategic plans, social media management, video content creation, and running paid campaigns. Even my experience in writing and translation (especially from German to Polish) comes in handy from time to time.

Outside Maxima, I enjoy following automotive news, going to the gym, and working on my podcast about leadership in the B2B space.

I built the MVP, led operations, and was responsible for revenue and pipeline generation. I designed and ran our entire content production system — from idea capture to final delivery — working closely with video editors, automations, and AI tools.

I developed complex AI prompting workflows to turn raw voice notes and videos into high-converting LinkedIn content, and continuously refined our go-to-market strategy through direct experimentation — mostly on LinkedIn.

I stayed on for 12 months post-acquisition, working directly with our clients to ensure everything ran smoothly and our systems kept delivering results.

ACQUIRED AGAIN IN APRIL 2025 BY FAME: After the second acquisition, Speak On Podcasts was fully integrated into Fame as a "Fame Connect".

Back in March 2020, I co-founded Speak On Podcasts with a partner from the UK. We grew it into one of the world’s leading agencies for booking podcast interviews, securing over 2,500 appearances for more than 125 leaders from top B2B brands like Canva, Gong, Paddle, and Toggl.

In December 2022, Chapman Capital acquired the agency (source). I stayed on for over a year to ensure a smooth transition and maintain high service quality for our clients. In April 2025, the business was acquired again — this time by UK company Fame (source), which integrated the agency and team into its portfolio under the name “Fame Connect.”

In 2024, I co-founded Demandi.co with a partner from the US. As COO, I helped over 300 B2B professionals create nearly 2,000 short LinkedIn videos. I built the MVP, ran operations, and drove revenue and pipeline growth. I stepped away voluntarily due to a difference in vision with my co-founder.

LinkedIn has been a key acquisition channel in both businesses. I’ve tested it all — posting daily for 188 days straight, reaching out to 50+ people a day, and most recently, running paid ads. All of it generated deals worth over $1M.

Today, I work independently, helping B2B brands and individuals become more visible and get more clients using LinkedIn. 70% of my clients hire me to help them with content (mostly video), 20% with ads, and 10% with outreach.

I haven't posted for over a month. Yet, yesterday alone, I got 16 new leads at $1.4 each. All through LinkedIn WITHOUT sending a single DM. Here's the exact 5-step strategy I used:

✅ Step 1: Build a free lead magnet others would charge for

The issue with most lead magnets is that they are not valuable enough. So people give you their email, get the thing, open it (maybe), and close it because it's sh*t. To make this strategy work, you have to build something that is REALLY valuable and useful

✅ Step 2: Package it the right way

My lead magnet is a step-by-step breakdown of how I get reach without relying on the algorithm. I intentionally positioned it as a "Guaranteed Reach System" vs. "LinkedIn Ads" because people already have a lot of inaccurate assumptions about running ads on LinkedIn.

✅ Step 3: Build a simple landing page

Don't overcomplicate it... Add a simple headline "How to/I [good thing] without [bad thing]", 3 things they'll learn, and opt-in form. Don't forget to set up tracking.

✅ Step 4: Post about your lead magnet and include your landing page URL

Either package the lead magnet into a story post (like I'm doing right now) or promote it directly using a direct-response marketing style ad. It can be literally something as simple as: "If you are X, then this is relevant because of Y. Get it here: URL"

✅ Step 5: Set up cheap Thought Leader ads to drive traffic to this post

The minimum you have to spend is $10/day. Make sure you dial in the audience targeting. You can either use the built-in audience builder in LinkedIn Ads Manager OR pull the list from Apollo/Sales Nav and upload it as a custom audience.

DISCLAIMER: The results for your industry and offer will vary. The reason why it works so well for me is because I offer a painful LinkedIn-related problem that almost everyone on LinkedIn struggles with: LOW REACH. But even if replicating my CPL isn’t realistic for your industry/offer, you can still drive leads or calls at a very efficient cost if you dedicate enough time to creating a strong lead magnet.

My hand almost froze off… but it needed to be said! 🥶😅

Here’s what I do when I need to book calls FAST

1. Open my first degree connections
2. Find all people I can potentially work with
3. Send them a short video note without the fluff
4. Follow up in 3 days with “Did you watch the video?”
5. Repeat until I run out of people to reach out to (or my time)

Things to be aware of:

💡 If you’re not used to recording videos, prepare to do multiple takes. A 1-min video can easily take you 5–8 minutes. Good news - it gets better over time. Better news - imperfections make you real.

💡 Sales Navigator is the best because it allows you to filter out the first degree connections + much more stuff than free/premium versions of LinkedIn.

💡 If you don’t have Sales Nav, get a free trial. If you already used a trial, buy it. If you can’t afford it, at least use some basic boolean search in your free version.

💡 The desktop version of LinkedIn doesn’t allow native video recording. So to record videos, use Quibbly or record everything using the Linkedin app on your phone.

💡 Keep the videos relevant. If you need meetings fast, don’t waste time with niceties. This format works: “Hi, here’s what I do, here’s specifically why it’s relevant for you, here’s how I know, here’s what to do now.”

💡 If you don’t track your outreach, set up some simple system in Google Sheet. Columns: Prospect, Status, LinkedIn URL, Last Contact, Notes. Don’t overcomplicate it.

Yes, it’s a lot of work.

But it’s better to do the work than run out of work.
