Hey, I'm Rey! At Founder Athlete Inc., I help founders engineer sustainable peak performance.

Most founders aren’t limited by ambition.

They’re limited by the energy, mindset, and execution capacity required to sustain performance when pressure intensifies.

Elite athletes don’t rely on motivation or perfect conditions.

They install systems that allow them to perform under pressure, recover intelligently, and sustain output over the long game.

My background:

I’m a former competitive hockey player and coach, trained for over a 10+ in high-performance sport.

I carried that discipline into strategy consulting at PwC, where I spent 3+ years helping Fortune 500 executives navigate complexity, make high-stakes decisions, and execute under pressure.

Now, as a founder myself, I combine both worlds at Founder Athlete Inc.

How I work:

I developed the Foundlete Method™, a high-performance operating system built on three pillars:

• Mental Fitness – performing under sustained pressure
• Physical Fitness – energy and stamina for the long game
• Execution Fitness – systems that turn ambition into results

Through cohorts, 1:1 coaching, and workshops, I help founders:

• Eliminate all-or-nothing performance
• Build non-negotiable minimums that survive chaos
• Remove themselves as the bottleneck in their business

I’ve trained and worked with 100+ founders and athletes, and partnered with organizations including Black Founders Network, DMZ, Basketball Canada, Victory Ventures, Toronto Tech Week, and others.
