As a summer intern, I was assigned the responsibility of developing a smart, flexible knowledge portal for the enablement of the sales and marketing teams of HCLI. The project involved identifying knowledge needs, mapping appropriate knowledge sources, creating templates for the look and feel of the portal, and making recommendations regarding the use and administration of the portal. As part of my final project report, I set up a prototype portal incorporating the knowledge sources I had identified, and put forth proposals regarding incentives to use the portal.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my 8+ years of experience, it’s how to pivot — and pivot smartly. From being on the core team of a nationwide marketing campaign to ghostwriting for a six-figure newsletter to collaborating with agencies, brands, and executives worldwide, I’ve consistently leveled up my skills and learned new ways of making a difference. While most of my work is in the B2B SaaS space, I am actively looking to collaborate with more healthcare brands. As someone who grew up without access to mental health resources and received a critical diagnosis only in her thirties, I have a strong personal interest in making quality healthcare more accessible.
