After a successful career in teaching and extensive background in education, I am excited to make a career transition into roles such as Educational Program Management, Operations Management, or Client Relationship Manager where I can utilize my effective leadership, relationship building, and communication skills that enable me to positively impact and influence others. I believe I possess a multitude of transferable skills that would make me an excellent candidate for these types of positions. Over the years, I have guided and taught students, collaborated with my grade-level team, and communicated with staff and parents. Demonstrating rapid advancement in my career, I have been promoted from Assistant Director/Educational Director to Executive Director within the first seven months of employment. Having positive feedback from parents of students I had the privilege of teaching is also extremely rewarding and one of my many accomplishments. In my current job, I get to work with diverse students and staff members. I've always enjoyed working with diverse populations because it allows me to learn from others, strengthen self-awareness, and improve teamwork. Therefore, I have been able to develop my leadership skills, as well as my interpersonal skills, with the intention of constantly helping others from all backgrounds to succeed.
