I love automating boring, routine tasks in my daily life, from managing my social media to handling personal errands. This particular interest led me to discover my passion for DevOps, which is closely related to automation 🤖. 

My journey began a decade ago, and today, I find myself deeply engaged in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

Some of the technologies I’ve explored include Git, Jenkins, Docker Compose, Terraform, ELK Stack, JBoss, IBM WebSphere, Kafka, Kong, SonarQube, Codacy, Nginx, Zapier, and many others.

Some of my automation wins: centralizing logs 📚, automating backups 💾, implementing automated patches and updates 🔄, managing the build lifecycle automatically 🔨, streamlining onboarding processes 👥, conducting automated security scans 🔒, and generating automated reports 📈.

The programming languages I utilize for automation include Python 🐍, Java ☕, Bash 🐚, Shell scripting 💻, and Groovy 🎶.

My favorite operating systems are CentOS 🐧, RedHat ❤️, and Fedora 🎩.

Duties/Responsibilities:

•	Monitors the progress of Portfolio with regard to project plans, budget and cost tracking, customize reports, resource management and timesheet tracking as well as capacity management.
•	Communicates at all levels with stakeholders and users on all matters related to project (project plan, risk Analysis, issues, scope, assumptions, gap analysis, gather Business requirements, development of test plan and test scripts).
•	Provides on-going customer service support to new links after deployment for monitoring purpose and conformance. 
•	Maintains quality relationship with customers by evaluating and reporting participant compliance and usage statistics.
•	Researches, analyzes, and interprets complex data in order to prepare and present findings and recommendations to management in support of capital projects and programs
•	Allocates IPs for link installations to Field Service Engineers and assign escalations to Field Service Engineers for link resolution.
•	Supports compliance manager to ensure all new links meets the necessary requirement to meet the expectations of customers.

•	Prompt resolution to customers fault call and to communicate the root cause analysis to prevent or minimize reoccurrence.
•	Ability to relate with customers and maintain a good disposition even under pressure
•	Proactive monitoring of all customer links to maintain stability and inform customers of any outage.
•	Maintenance of data networks using dedicated software.

Network Engineer

Oluwayemi is a product/project manager and a Scrum Master that uses Agile processes to solve complex problems and delivers products that gives the highest business values to customers. 

As an Agile coach, he helps Product Managers, development team and organization as a whole to build and transform business and team efforts in an iterative and incremental way to delivering immediate meaningful value to customers.

He is innovative and a creative problem solver that uses sustainable frameworks to analyze, identify and proffer solutions to meet customer expectations and improve customer experience.
