I served as Interim Operations Director – Beverage Logistics and was accountable for:
Providing direct leadership and oversight to beverage logistics teams across multiple countries, including UK, France, Spain, Italy, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Chile, and Argentina; cultivating strong relationships between global offices and clients to assure delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
My key successes during this role were:

•Successfully delivered on campaigns for large scale clients such as Rio Tinto, BHP and Fortescue Metals Group in the Pilbra and Gold fields region in Iron and Gold exploration. 
•Managed teams of 3 in the safe and efficient operation of land based drilling rigs.
•Logging and assessing results during operation to relay information to the client representatives and Geologists. This allowed for timely assessments and decisions to be made so that there would not be project overspends in unnecessary drilling meterage. 
•Downhole electro-magnetic survey to map subsurface geology and conductive targets that may have been missed in drilling samples. 
•Setting up long term camps involved management of logistics and communicating with other service providers such as temporary accommodation, cooks, cleaners and the constant management of food, water and fuel supplies when in isolated locations.
•Safety was always a number one priority and we adhered to strict procedures and protocols implemented by Leon Marsh drilling and client specific protocols.
•Drilling operating experience: 2012 HYDCO RC70 on 6X6 Iveco Truck, Schramm 685 track mounted, RCD250 (by UDR) track mounted.

•Brown Bros Drilling; Driller operator (NZ) (4 month contract during 2010 working in Christchurch with the earthquakes)

•Main focus was Geotechnical drilling in Christchurch after the earthquakes. Main methods of drilling were; Standard penetration test, direct push CPT, Down-hole hammer, Geotechnical sampling. Keeping up to date logbooks of retrieved information. 
•Analysing and interpreting real time data on ground and soil samples. Pushing key information up stream to client representatives and geotechnical engineers.
•Accuracy on data collected was essential as this determined whether ground was suitable for buildings to be reestablished on the same ground.
•Managing driller assistants efficiently. Working to tight deadlines as required.
•Machine operating experience: Geoprobe 7720 DT and 6620 DT
