Global Director - Beverage Logistics

I served as Interim Operations Director – Beverage Logistics and was accountable for:
Providing direct leadership and oversight to beverage logistics teams across multiple countries, including UK, France, Spain, Italy, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Chile, and Argentina; cultivating strong relationships between global offices and clients to assure delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
My key successes during this role were:
• Drove impressive 25% increase in business unit turnover by achieving significant £50m growth from 2017 to 2021.
• Played pivotal role in development and coordination of highly profitable wine and spirit competition logistics business.
• Elevated EBITDA performance of UK business by transforming break-even state to achieving remarkable 17% revenue.
• Streamlined operations by merging two offices into a single location, delivering substantial cost savings of 30% on overhead expenses.

Managing day-to-day business operations, including coordinating the customer journey, maintaining quality performance, overseeing technical and assessment procedures, and collaborating with diverse team of industry experts; overseeing team of six direct reports and administered total headcount of 22 FTEs.
My signature achievements were the following:
• Achieved a significant revenue increase of 35% from 2013 to 2017.
• Enhanced EBITDA performance from 17% to 27% by demonstrating substantial improvement in financial results.

I LOVE problem solving & helping people — basically, a professional “fixer” that will happily tackle any challenge from process optimization or business transformation to implementing governance, completely revamping strategic initiatives, or creating successful long term realtionships with many new clients.

My love for problem-solving inspired my Math & Computer Science majors, during which my competitive nature drove me to challenge classmates to arrive at not just *a* solution, but the most efficient solution. After 10 years of various leadership roles (including a rotational Leadership Development Program) in Financial Services, I moved abroad for a year (a different city each month) & co-founded a non-profit to affect & inspire positive change in each city I resided. Working with refugees, disabled women, & young children emboldened my commitment to raise awareness of, funds for, & the morale of these vulnerable & marginalized communities. Upon my return to NY, I increased my volunteering — counseling ~15 people per week via Crisis Text Line, raising ~$10,000 per year for local charities via Women Dine for a Cause, spending ~10 hours per month mentoring my "Little Sister" with BBBS, & bringing governance & enhanced processes to the Women's Education Project's Board & Committees to help women living on less than $2/day find meaningful careers of their own choosing. 

Per my mentors' insight that many of my skills were the ingredients to being a successful salesperson, I took a leap of faith, completed a Tech Sales Training Program, & embraced my career shift. I LOVE supporting my prospects & customers in achieving their goals while enhancing their overall business performance. Through Sales, I've helped my clients protect their consumer data (at h1), transform lives & enrich communities through gifting (at PWP), & save money that they can reinvest in their employees, growth, & innovation (at Aspire).
