- working with other agencies within the MISSION Group by being the point of contact for active projects in the Production Studio and keeping them up to date with the status of all their work
- managing enquiries and briefs from other agencies (occasionally writing briefs myself, based on information gathered during discovery meetings with clients), providing job estimates, ensuring all assets for specific jobs are received, booking resources with the Production Studio and monitoring the progress of all projects

- Driving a volume of Marketing Qualified Leads to the New Business team, with a focus on online/digital campaigns

Content Creator and Community Manager (Volunteer)

-Managing a project of transitioning in The Crown Real Estate as a new client, along with over 160 properties 
-Liaising with suppliers and tenants to ensure accurate payment is made 
-Creating supplier records on a variety of bespoke client systems 
-Setting up new clients and properties on various accounting and management systems 
-Communicating on different organisational levels as part of client and property transition in/out processes 
-Migrating clients, properties and tenants to new systems 
-Ensuiring data is kept clean and up to date 
-Participating in monthly KPI reporting, new processes/system functionalities testing

-Handling of business rates bills, tracking their status on the system and dealing with end-to-end queries related to the rates bills payment 
-Processing correctly authorised and approved invoices on the system as per departments SLA and individual KPI’s 
-Ensuring both individual and the team's processing targets are met on a daily/weekly basis 
-Arranging for all invoices to be presented correctly in accordance with the RICS requirements and that any queries are actioned promptly, fully documented and followed up 
-Contributing to the team's performance, making sure no backlogs occur and that the Department Manager and Team Leader are fully informed about all potential problems 
-Dealing with reminders/final reminders in a timely manner to avoid further action 
-Managing late payments, summons or bailiff actions

-Arranging shipment of goods outside EU, preparing and sending out shipment paperwork 
-Ongoing administrative tasks such as: raising purchase orders, checking data validation in the documents, making sure these are tracked correctly, product copying, filing

-Creating complex technical garment specification sheets according to the order reconciliations

Here I am - totally obsessed with product management, user experience research, UX strategy, marketing strategy and all things social media! I can't get enough of understanding buyer psychology and using data to make better product and business decisions.

I love mixing elements of marketing and UX to create cool experiences that'll make users go: "Wow!".
