As someone who is naturally curious, who thrives in a dynamic environment, and loves diving deeper with individuals to fully understand their situations, goals, or challenges, I'm actively fulfilling the prophecy that I've been told from a young age by my entire family - "You'll either be a lawyer or you'll grow up to be a successful salesman" they'd say.

From boutique fitness studios to commercial gyms with over 3,000 members, and more recently as an Account Specialist serving some of Bullhorn’s largest, most complex clients, I've had the opportunity to refine go-to-market strategies that were adopted at a company-wide scale, implement recruiting and onboarding processes that reduced ramp times by up to 50%, and built relationships with both customers and team members that are stronger than ever today.

I'm obsessed with staying up to date on sales and marketing strategies that help companies thrive in a dynamic market that is more competitive than ever before, analyzing and iterating on processes that my team is currently leveraging, working cross-functionally to identify and present solutions to clients, and constantly striving to set outcomes and measurable objectives that help define what a win looks like in all scenarios with prospects, customers, and team members.

My contributions: 

- Led Marketing Campaigns for Major Brand Developments and the Release of New Features  at the Company such as Eloquens’ move from “Tools” to “Best Practices", the release of our Online Video Course and the release of the Hire Me Feature. In order to inform our authors and user base, it was necessary to use a variety of different applications, such as Hubspot, Word Press and iMovie to lead these campaigns via E-mail, Social Media and Blog Posts. 

- Advice and Assist Website Updates and Changes. Eloquens.com is an Online Marketplace therefore its outlook and ability for users to understand its purpose is of paramount importance. Consequently, throughout my time I advised and assisted the websites development, such as the creation of Eloquens’ Product News Page: https://about.eloquens.com/product-news/

- Assist authors in creating and publishing their content. My work was particularly focused with authors who produced Online Video Courses. For example, with my guidance and support, in under 6 months Stephen Goldberg was able to publish 3 Online Video Courses, which resulted in the creation of a Mega-Bundle Employee Management Training Course.
