With over a decade of ongoing experience in assisting companies with revenue growth, I have enjoyed the continuous process of refining strategy and the teams that support those efforts. I am passionate about working towards a common goal greater than any individual, and I strive to surround myself with people who are smarter than I am.

From 2013 to 2017, I was part of a small team that propelled sales from $40 million to $140 million while gaining market share in the competitive landscape of healthcare/tech sales. At the end of 2017, I took a leap of faith and delved into my entrepreneurial side by starting a small side hustle of consulting. Over the years, I've enjoyed learning more about the factors driving market trends, consumer needs, and overall business performance. I am a lifelong learner at heart. 

In 2020 took on the challenge of working for a start-up company as the VP of Sales & Marketing helping drive revenue from $5M to $13M and scaling employee count from 5 to 30 in under 3 years. Fast forward, I currently hold the position of VP of Sales of an e-commerce company, where I am responsible for revenue growth, business development strategies and execution, sales tech/processes, new adaptations to the market and reporting/metrics to leadership. 

I have had the pleasure of being a keynote speaker for the University of Arizona, guest speaker for PCC, moderator for the Joint Commission and podcast guest. 

Nobody has this thing called life figured out, but by God's grace, we continue to move forward, doing our best, and helping each other along the way.
