Led the effort to develop a custom NERC-CIP compliant GRC solution at WAPA.  All onboarding, offboarding and access-role and user profile related information updates managed as part of this solution.

Performed platform upgrade and guided the CM/Patch development effort, also on the Service Now platform.

Provide SME guidance for enterprise wide architecture and technical project planning efforts.

Department of Energy - OCIO (ActioNet, Inc.)

Leading a team of Service Now Administrators developing a cloud-based ITSM solution for the Department of Energy's Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).  Lead requirements gathering & analysis efforts, business process re-engineering, project planning and documentation, expert level of effort estimations and establishing configuration management practices.  

Technical lead for all design, development, test, deployment of  Service Now solutions within the OCIO's environment.  Designed and implemented custom Service Now applications including an Action Item application, Requirements Management application, an access control solution providing light-weight domain separation-like functionality. 

Customized the Project Management application (shared with various government agencies) and was a supporting speaker at Knowledge 13, demonstrating the customized PPM code.

Integrated the Service Now application with Dept of Energy's asset management system, identity management system and Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) system. 

Successfully performed several ServiceNow platform migrations (Aspen - Berlin, Berlin - Dublin, Dublin - Geneva),
