I've been in the sales trenches for 32 years, 3x #1 WW, sold the largest deals in company history 3x, broke barriers and set records at each position and company along my career, scaling best practices, innovating approaches, and selling over $250M. 

I was known for increasing deal size and decreasing time to close and doing it by working smarter, not harder. 

I've also spent time in sales enablement building growth programs. Testing them. Scaling them. The result? 

Reps in my programs closed at 43% vs rest of the company at 8%. Same product. Same market. Different human approach.
