TRAMLINES Ventures is a fund & accelerator focused on B2B startups in Deep Tech, AI, Fintech, and Enterprise Tech. It targets domain experts with at least 10 years of industry experience and takes them through a 24-month Pre-Seed and Seed programme.
 
As an Investor Relations Lead, I'm here to ensure the success of our Portco's in their fundraising efforts.

The IPO market is likely to gain momentum this year, and that's a great signal for early-stage startups. The exits trigger payouts to LPs, who then are likely to commit to new funds (think VC, Angel syndicates, cVCs..) We've got 7 likely mega-IPOs on the horizon:

1. OpenAI (likely at $1T valuation)
2. SpaceX
3. Stripe
4. Anthropic
5. Databricks (est. valuation $43B)
6. Canva (valued at $42B from its most recent funding round)
7. Anduril (defense tech, raised $6.3B to date)

Another plus?

Post-IPO, employees with company shares convert their equity into liquid cash.

-> a lot of them end up angel investing in new ventures... and typically have a higher risk tolerance than traditional wealth managers. 

They are more likely to fund "crazy" early-stage ideas that institutions might skip.
