I'm 33 years "too" old to be on YouTube. 
At 32, I said the same thing.
At 28, I said the same thing.
At 26… same.

It's quite easy to blame something and never do it. 

Every year I found a reason.
This year I found courage.

But you know it's quite simple to find that courage. 

Believe in yourself. 
Do it happily. 
And don't worry about the outcomes. 

This is might just bring out the

When I was 23,
I started a company, 
Competing with people twice my age.

Now I’m 33,
Starting a YouTube channel, 
Competing with people half my age.

I’ve lived many lives in one decade.

A teacher.
An employee.
A founder.
A designer.
A SaaS builder.
A community guy.
An author.

So many versions of me.

People saved my number with different titles.
Orcaso, Scrollme, Habitate, DNA, C3, Sir, UI guy.

And now? YouTuber?

Heyy, Yesterday night I quietly launched my YT channel. 
"Diary of The Community Man"...

Call it DOTCOM.. 

This is where my video is going to be published shortly.

11 years ago, when I started my first venture,
I had zero support beyond my parents.
No cheering. No audience. Nothing.

And honestly… why would there be?

Today, 37 people subscribed before I posted a single video.

To most people, that’s nothing.
To me, that’s proof.

Proof that consistency compounds.
Proof that showing up for a decade matters.
Proof that trust travels ahead of you.

If this is what I built starting from zero…
Imagine what happens with 37 people waiting.

I was an absolute mess for the last couple of weeks. Emotional fatigue mixed with unmet expectations and a bruised ego. Here's How I got out of it this morning:

Read this if you've been following my work for a while now and felt something is wrong with me in the last few days. 

You were right, I had a fracture. 

And when we care deeply about something, 
it is common for bruises to feel like fracture. 

When a few things go wrong, it doesn’t feel “small.”

It feels like maybe you lost yourself.
That's how I felt it. 

But these disappointments just exposed how attached I was to outcome, people, and ego. 

The real problem was: 

Identity Compression. 

When your work and your worth become the same thing,
any fluctuation feels existential.
And those fluctuations cause Anger. 

Anger outward becomes blame.
Anger inward becomes shame.

Blame drains energy.
Shame paralyzes action.

When there is no action, performance dips. 
And brain interprets the dips as collapse.

Dangerous loop.

Last night, a random reel interrupted the loop:

“Do it for your father. He believed in you when nobody else did.”

It felt like jumper cables on a dead battery.
Spark.

The dangerous version of me isn’t gone.

He was tired.

So here’s the systems correction:

No “work 10x harder” prompt. 
That will be ego reacting.

This is a about repairing, and pressing restart. 

New operating protocol:

• Sleep well
• Move more

Because high performance is built on biology first, psychology second.

If biology breaks, the system breaks.

Simple.

Sometimes all it takes is one sentence
to reset and bounce back.

This gap is not small. It’s a goldmine.

Let me break this down properly.

Early startups need:

ESOP structuring help
GST/Tax clarity
Fundraising paperwork
SAFE / SHA understanding

What they get from traditional companies:

Slow responses
Confusing compliance language
“We’ll revert next week”

What could exist:

All ex-startup CFO juniors.
Flat ₹X/month.
Slack support.
Founder-friendly language. (Important!)
Quarterly war-room review.

2. First 10 Customers Marketing Agency

All agencies focus on scale marketing. 
But most early founders don’t know how to get first 10 paying customers.

Offer:

ICP clarity sprint
Messaging rewrite
Cold outreach systems
Founder-led sales training
Objection handling simulation

3.. HR-as-a-Service for 1–25 People Teams

Most Indian early startups:

Don’t know how to structure offer letters
Don’t know exit documentation
Mess up ESOP documentation
Don’t have policies
Don’t know PF/ESI details properly
Don’t know how to handle founder-friend conflicts

But most HR agencies target 200+ employee orgs.

Most traditional service companies are confusing, don't speak founder language. 

Pick something
Speak founder friendly
charge ₹3–8L per engagement.
Because with 2–3 projects per month,
a 6–8 person team
can quietly build a ₹5–10 Cr machine.

Forget boring. This is strategic. 

What are some other traditional service companies that don't cater well to startups?

400 copies of my book have found their way into people's hands. And I still find it hard to believe. ❤️

What started as a promise in a podcast show, a few handwritten pages, and a lot of doubt… somehow turned into something real. Something people decided was worth bringing into their homes.

There are only a few copies left with me now.
And I’ve decided I won’t be printing the next batch myself.

It’s time for the book to move into the hands of a publisher, someone who can take care of printing, shipping, and logistics from here on.

But these first 400 copies… they were special.

They didn’t move through warehouses.
They moved through people.

My family.
My mom, dad, and my wife who stood beside me through all the uncertainty.

My friends and well-wishers.

My co-founders.

And the DNA members, especially people like Karthik A V  who gave their time to pack boxes, write addresses, and ship copies as if it were their own book.

Let me tell you this:

“If an idea is carried by enough people, it stops being yours.”

The book is no longer mine.
