Hace 5 años me enamoré de LinkedIn.

No fue amor a primera vista, pero casi.

Donde todo el mundo veía un canal gris —que daba cierta perecilla…—

Yo veía un refugio en Internet.

Solo tenías que compartir algo decente y la gente venía.

Parecía casi… fácil. 

Así que LinkedIn tenía sentido para mí, porque nunca quise ser influencer.

Más bien, al revés. 

Publicar en redes sociales me daba una pereza épica.

Yo solo quería que mi trabajo encontrara a las personas correctas. 

Nada más. 

Y durante un tiempo… funcionó sin esfuerzo.

Pero llegó un punto en el que algo se rompió.

Recuerdo un lunes, frente al portátil, con el cursor parpadeando en el editor… 
…la taza de café ya fría, la sensación de que llevaba una hora sin hacer nada útil.

“Pfffff, ¿de verdad quiero seguir alimentando este circo?”

Ese día no publiqué nada.

No fui capaz. 

Me sentía un poco ridícula. 

Como si me estuviera agarrando a algo que ya no funcionaba.

Llegué a pensar que igual LinkedIn ya no era para mí. 🤷‍♀️​

Un día, rebuscando en mis notas de una conferencia, encontré una frase que me hizo cerrar el cuaderno de golpe: “El marketing se ha convertido en un concurso de gritos”.

Y ahí entendí que, en realidad, lo que me estaba quemando era levantarme cada día sin saber si todo ese esfuerzo servía de algo.

Aun así, no te voy a mentir: me costó horrores dejar de publicar cada día pensando que si desaparecía dos semanas, mi negocio se iría al carajo.

Las primeras veces que veía a mis competidores publicar a diario, mientras yo me sentaba con lo incómodo, me entraba una ansiedad que me subía por las paredes. 

Pensé que me iba a quedar atrás. 

O, peor, que todo el mundo se olvidaría de mí. 

Hasta que un día, algo en mi cabeza hizo clic. 

Y encontré mi método.

Lo llamo Minimalismo Digital. 🚀​🚀​

Es una nueva forma de entender el marketing y las ventas online, sí… pero también un acto de supervivencia. 

En cuanto empecé a tener claridad sobre en qué debía enfocarme en cada momento, volvió la motivación.

No porque el trabajo de repente se volviera fácil, sino porque volví a sentir algo que había perdido:

​👉​ La seguridad de que estaba haciendo lo que tocaba. 

Si tú también sientes que LinkedIn se ha convertido en un escaparate vacío… te entiendo.

Pero la solución no es largarte. 

(Siento la mala noticia, pero tampoco tienes otro sitio mejor al que ir). 

Tampoco resignarte.

A veces, recuperar la ilusión no es cuestión de hacer más. 

Es cuestión de hacer lo que ya sabías que tocaba.

My mission in Oesia was two-way: to help our clients have the best talent and to help the best talent find the project they are looking for. It was essential for me to make the selection processes an experience for the candidates and that, whatever the result of the process, they wanted to receive a call from us again. 

The times were very tight and the pressure to meet these deadlines was high, so not only the quality had to prevail but also the number of profiles contracted. During my stay in Oesía, the staff of the delegation increased by approximately 35% among developers (internships, juniors and seniors), technical support, project managers and technical leaders. Simultaneously, I have managed up to five different profile processes, having to track all of them with the different team managers. To do this, it used a Kanban panel with the aim of visualizing and streamlining decision-making and processes. 

Due to the sector in which we are located, our biggest challenge was to attract and retain talent within the company, having to provide creative and agile solutions in order to achieve it. For example, we carried out a "Bootcamp Express" programming to form junior profiles that would later be incorporated into the different teams. To do this, we carried out group dynamics in which we used the soft-skills of the candidates. 

In this experience I have put into practice creativity, the search for quick solutions, my analytical part and above all my desire to learn. Without having been in contact with the IT world before, within a few months I was already managing processes autonomously. Over time I became more responsible and taking on increasingly complex processes, so the challenge was constant.
