• Created unique values assessment tool and matching system to allow people to match to companies based on shared values
• Designed novel SMS onboarding process to 10x user engagement via text messages instead of in-app experiences
• Researched and pivoted company strategy to laser-focus on 3 core industries instead of 30 broader ones, leading to 5x increase in user engagement and successful user experiences

Hi, I'm Eric! I make things that work, and I make things work. 

I’m a results-driven, highly-strategic, multidimensional Content Designer, UX Writer, and Digital Experience Strategist with 15+ years of experience. I built the content design system at Indeed that allowed us to quickly scale to become the largest assessments platform in the world (1B+ completed per year, $80M in revenue). 

I’m equally adept at building new experiences and fixing broken ones. I’ve helped build 3 successful startups (Interviewed was acquired by Indeed, Laskie was acquired by X), produced talks, videos, and conferences on technology, education, and voting systems (TEDxNYED, Left Forum, The Center for Election Science), created a top-15 iTunes podcast (Think Again for Big Think), and founded the STEM program at a top prep school in NYC (Collegiate). I've designed sports statistics, betting systems, and voting system algorithms since I was a kid. I've written multiple plays and films and associate-produced Broadway shows.

With my hybrid enterprise/startup/education/data/creative mentality, I thrive on cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams, and I can also roll up my sleeves and work alone to ship things.
