Depuis quelques jours, le même message tourne en boucle par l'écosystème IA Martin Pavanello Christophe Auffray Olivier Kenji Mathurin Claudia Cohen Carine Duranton 
"Arrêtez les interfaces IA maison." "Personne n'a recréé Office en interne." "Laissez ça à Microsoft et formez vos équipes." 
Je comprends l'argument. 

Mais il rate l'essentiel.

ChatGPT, Claude… ce ne sont pas des logiciels de bureautique.
Ce sont deux choses : 
→ Une interface conversationnelle grand public 
→ Des API pour construire des applications métiers sur-mesure

Personne n'a recréé Google en interne. Mais des milliers d'entreprises ont construit des moteurs de recherche sur leurs propres données.
Ce n'est pas la même chose.

L'erreur de SoGPT ? Probablement pas d'avoir voulu "faire maison". C'est d'avoir construit une surcouche cosmétique, déconnectée des processus métiers.

La vraie question n'est pas "faire ou acheter".

C'est : qui maîtrise l'orchestration entre les LLM et votre SI ? Qui possède le capital IA que vous construisez ?

Après avoir perdu la bataille du cloud, l'Europe peut-elle se permettre de refaire la même erreur ?
