But life had different plans for me.

Tech Elevator

Tech Elevator is a coding bootcamp that reskills people from all over the US in software development. I worked as a Pathway Director for the National Live Remote program. I worked with nurses, pharmacists, managers, professors, sales associates, teachers, and many others to prepare them for jobs in software development. I was responsible for connecting with employers hiring for jobs in tech. 

Responsibilities:
Trained 6 employees on Sales Navigator for identifying potential employer partnerships. 

Oversaw career development for 65 adult learners transitioning from various careers in pharmacy, nursing, management, teaching, and other professions into software development. 

Conducted business development weekly through connecting with 25 employees, utilizing, LinkedIn, Email, and phone call, from 5 or more companies resulting in top performance metrics (15 employee inbound connections) within my team.

Trained and utilized LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect employers to recruitment events such as matchmaking, employer showcases, mentorship, and HR mock interviews.

Developed a partnership with Tractor Supply and brought them on for employer showcases and matchmaking to recruit for various positions within their company.

Utilized CRM Zoho to input, collect and analyze data on hiring partners and potential new students.

Accepted or denied student admittance into the program by conducting hour long behavioral interviews for 3-5 students weekly and reporting results from assessments into Zoho.

Collaborated with 25 Pathway Directors, 4 instructors, two fellows, admissions, and various other departments on curriculum, student performance, engagement, and best practices.

Graded student performance with Pathway through Bootcamp OS and utilized Huntr/Handshake to connect students with job opportunities.

Wrote articles and marketed events through LinkedIn for hiring partners and admissions that resulted in 10 percent more engagement.
