Provide second line of support to all issues escalated by Customer Support Specialist team. Document and create ongoing Knowledge Base of problems / resolutions for the purpose of the ongoing education of Customer Support Specialist team. Responsibilities also include the role of Customer Support Specialist: Provide direct point of contact to end user for Tier 1 support issues dealing with proprietary software in a Windows NT / 2000 environment. This includes basic networking troubleshooting dealing with wireless access points and RF cards as well as hardwired machines. Troubleshoot reported problems and ensure timely responses. Assist with upgrades and fixing errors that occur and basic explanation of how to use the software. Provide phone support and support via remote desktop control. Also work on team / individual projects as they are assigned. 

Six Sigma - Completed Greenbelt Training and efficiency greenbelt project proposed to improve client education and training to ultimately reduce the number of educational / training related support calls coming into Therapy Source Helpdesk.
