Led a department with 50 FTEs and PTEs, including 6 team leaders and back-office functions. I started the work while teaching IT as Åssiden upper secondary school, and have been working passionately with it ever since. 

I was the main contributer to the trial application that Akershus County wrote in 2013, with IKT-Norge and Abelia being important supportive institutions.

In 2017, the existing ICT Service program was taken into consideration by the Directorate of Education and Training (Utdanningsdirektoratet), and I was engaged as deputy member for the committee elaborating the mandate for the curriculum committees. I attended two meetings and was highly involved in setting the overall competence goals. 

I had the honor of being attending two curriculum committees: 
'Vg1 Information Technology and Media Production' and
'Vg3 IT Development'

Of course we collaborated closely with the committees of 'Vg2 Information Technology' and 'Vg3 IT Operations' as well.

In parallel, I have attended a reference group with Abelia, discussing matters concerning the program with their member of the Program Councel. 

I have actively supported counties, schools and companies potentially offering apprenticeships, and evangelized the program in both traditional and social media.
