Vi fokuserte på effektiviseringstiltak for å kunne spare kostnader for Posten. Vi testet mye med driftsapparatet samtidig som vi kalkulerte for å være trygge på at alt var gjennomførbart. Resultatet ble at vi vant 95% av anbudet.

Jeg brenner for fremtidsrettede arbeidsplasser. Arbeidsplasser hvor de ansatte forstår hverandre, har tillit til hverandre og er brennende engasjerte. 

Personlig kommuniserer jeg tydelig og bygger raskt gode relasjoner. Jeg trives med å lede prosjekter som påvirker bunnlinjen.
