You can have the most perfect LinkedIn.

But if you miss this, it won't work.

So the story goes like this...

I gave two people the exact same LinkedIn framework.

One got 20 likes. The other got 100.

(The difference wasn't the hook or the CTA.)

Here's what I noticed:

Person A nailed every step:
→ Hook formula ✓
→ Personal story ✓ 
→ Clear takeaway ✓
→ Strong CTA ✓

Person B used the same exact framework.

But when I read their post?

Something felt different.

- The way they lingered on certain details.
- The moments they slowed down to explain.
- You could feel they'd actually lived it.

Person A was checking boxes.

Person B was re-living Tuesday.

That's the thing everyone misses.

We obsess over:
- Hook templates
- Story structures 
- CTA formulas

But we ignore whether we actually give a sh*t.

You can follow every "viral post" tutorial
and still sound like you're reading a script.

Because perfect structure + zero emotion = meaningless.

The posts that actually hit though?

They're written by people who felt something first.

Not people trying to "create" feelings.

1. If you're bored writing it,
2. People will be bored reading it.

The feed doesn't need more perfect posts.

It needs more posts people actually meant.

Wrong question. 

The real question is:

Can you automate something you don't understand yet?

Probably not, right?

My POV is that you should start manual. Always.

Because manual work teaches you the game.

When you send 30 voice notes a day by hand:
→ You learn what resonates the best
→ You feel how long it actually takes
→ You see what gets ignored
→ You adjust in real time

A bot can't teach you that.

I spent 2 weeks doing this myself.

Exhausting. Tedious. Painful. Long AF.

But one of those voice notes turned into a client.

And I realized:

That wouldn't have happened if I automated from day 1.

Because I wouldn't have known *why* it worked.

Manual work isn't boring.

It's how you figure out what actually works.

Once you've done it manually for a while:
→ You know your ICP inside out
→ You've tested what lands
→ You've built psychology understanding
→ You understand timing, tone, flow, and etc

That's when you automate.

But NEVER automate everything.

You automate the repetitive stuff:
→ Follow-ups
→ Openers
→ List building

But you keep the human parts human:
→ Voice notes for example
→ Closing conversations
→ Personalized replies

That's how you automate well.

- I use Prosp myself.
- Old phone as a proxy. 
- And boom, works everywhere.

And honestly?

Even if automation is 10% less effective than manual...

It's still worth it IMO.

Because your time is better spent elsewhere.

So here's my take:

1. Start manual.
2. Learn fast.
3. Automate smart.

Keep what matters human.

That's how you scale with AI bots.

It shows up in comments, DMs, everywhere.

If I can't tell what you do in 45 characters?

I'm already gone.


2. Your banner looks nice but does nothing.

Cool colors, decent design.

But like... what do you want me to do?

Where do I click?

Stop making me guess.


3. Your featured section is dead space.

Either it's some random post from 2022.

Or it's just empty.

That's free real estate right there.

Use it.


Look, I get it.

Profiles are boring to fix.

But if you're posting content and nobody knows what you actually offer?

You're basically just... posting to confused people.

And the "confused" don't buy anything.

I got 2 fire post ideas just like that.

And yeah it was just from my brain haaha.

Most people don’t have an idea problem.
They have a silence problem with themselves.

When they start, they do what everyone else does:

1. Scroll other people’s posts on here
2. Then steal 80% of the posts
3. Add 2 lines of “their voice”
4. Hit post
5. Feel good

And hey, at first?

That’s fine, even good.

Because copying helps you post faster.

And you learn by imitation and getting the reps in.

But stay there too long… and you become a bot...

- You become a remix of a remix.
- Another warm body in the feed.
- Same with a slightly different voice.

And worst of all?

You stop trusting your own mind.

That’s what happened to me.
(I was starting to depend on Kleo.)

The problem is simple.

It’s not rooted in your experience.

It’s not yours.

And the market feels that.

If you want content that actually builds trust?

→ Do something with your body
→ Let your brain get bored
→ Let your thoughts wander

Then pay attention and use them.

Because when your post is real, people remember it.

If your content seems like someone else's lately.

Then go live something worth writing about.

2. Their "arms crossed in front of a brick wall" power poses.
3. Looking like the next boring AF thought leader here

Meanwhile I'm out here looking like a cartoon character lol.

What's my actual point here though? 

Well... The 0.5x thing is a pattern interrupt.

- It's STUP*D. 
- It's chaotic. 
- It's ME.

And that's why it works.

But listen:

→ Don't copy this
→ Don't steal my angle
→ Don't think you can drop a 0.5x photo and win

This works for me because it's MY thing.

You need to find YOURS.

Stop being scared to look dumb.

- Dumb gets attention. 
- professional gets ignored.

Find a middle ground.
