One of the most interesting applications we worked on was sending invoice payment reminders directly through WhatsApp. We integrated Zoho accounting and WhatsApp with IBM Watson in the middle to remind our clients customers to pay invoices. To say the least the client was very happy that he didn't have to write those payment reminders himself. 

Every business needs a friendly chatbot, and that exactly what we provided. Started as a pivot from Buddy- The AI assistant where I developed chatbot development skills. We made Facebook Messenger chatbots, WhatsApp chatbots and chatbots for websites using IBM Watson, TensorFlow and Chatfuel.
