Bondo Corporation

After writing and submitting a needed job profile, I was promoted into that position as project leader for a 1,000 product packaging redesign and regulatory overhaul for USA, Canada and other countries. Supervision included 8 employees, 33 vendors on 11 different substrates. Worked with regulatory department, translators and others to achieve end goals. Reported to senior management.
My role at Bondo® was to direct the repackaging of 300 primary products (over 1,000 in total) in order to improve shelf presence, to increase distribution, increase overall sales by 15% in order to position Bondo® to companies interested in acquiring an established brand. The result was 25% increase in overall sales and an acquisition by 3M®.

Eye to Eye was a business to business firm whose foundation was in multi-media presentations. As a partner, my charge was creation, management and development of our print division. In our first year, print sales were less than media sales, but by 1989, my division was 64% of the entire business.
