Created marketing strategies to support the growth revenue goals, retention efforts, brand awareness and product and segment level pipeline health. Prior to joining the Credit Union Solutions business, responsible for driving the development and positioning of the Fiserv brand platform to accelerate business results, client satisfaction, enhance brand education and culture. Developed and drove strategies for marketing communications programs. Led brand strategy, and drove development and execution of programs and tools to bring the Fiserv brand to life. Managed team of 20 full time associates and 9 contractors including designers, writers, brand managers, account managers and production support.
