I share our emotional journey as a parent and discuss the genuine suffering we have gone through (including the suffering of our children). •	Reduced overall expenses by $20M over the last 3 years through plant consolidations.
•	Designed and oversaw the building of new facilities in Dubai and Houston with budgets of $8M and $16M.

•	Led process improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing that led to annual cost reduction of at least 5%

From the Global Energy Soiree in Abu Dhabi directly to the Daniel Energy Partners Permian Basin BBQ powered by Upright Digital  in Midland, Texas the last 13 days have been  a whirlwind of activity.  This year’s BBQ brought together 6,600 of our clients, friends and partners for an outstanding two days of business and camaraderie.   
Rachel Racz and her team at Nasdaq hit a grand slam bringing the closing bell festivities to this year’s BBQ.  Highlighting the thousands of men and women in the Permian that provide power running the world is what it is all about.
