Before this, I’ve worn many hats across roles in growth, outbound consulting, and marketing — always with one goal: helping businesses grow smarter and faster.

25 years in corporate finance leadership. Trusted. Promoted. Suffocating.

Terminal caregiving. Impossible expectations. Chronic stress. A decade in fight‑or‑flight.

Drop The Red Cape: Same P.O.W.E.R. framework for corporate women executives—to recognize achievement armor before it leads to catastrophic failure (mine was federal prison).

4. SYSTEMIC EMPLOYMENT TECH
Workforce Navigator: EEOC‑compliant, job‑specific risk assessment tech I taught myself to code. Removes blanket criminal record bans for employers.
