Cheeza Pleeza is a family of gourmet chunky cheese spreads and dips that come in savory, pimento, spicy, sweet, and hot flavors. They are made with fresh nutritious ingredients, ready to eat, gluten-free and most flavors are KETO friendly. They are perfect for nutritious snacks, meals, grab-n-go, parties, toppings for burgers, or pairing with craft beer, wine, and spirits.

Cheeza Pleeza is a new category for the cheese/deli/snack areas. It is Vintage comfort food, made with "Big Flavors" for busy people who don't have time to cook. Each spread has a unique fusion of cheeses, hence the name "Cheeza".  Beyond chips, sandwiches, and charcuterie boards, Cheeza spreads provide unique and bold flavor upgrades to everyday dishes 24/7. They work as toppers for omelets, biscuits, steamed vegetables, grilled meats, baked potatoes, rice, quinoa, grits, or additions to tacos, casseroles, pizza, and pasta.  

Cheeza Pleeza started when my mom (in the nursing home) requested a "real homemade pimento cheese sandwich". Mom was a Waco girl who grew up during the depression when lunch was always a pimento cheese sandwich. Mom was a foodie who lived all over the world and loved spices, flavors and didn't like the nursing home food or the store bought spreads with too much mayonaise. This meant if I was going to have lunch with mom that I had to figure out a pimento cheese recipe. Additionally, because her dietary restrictions meant it was important to reduce the amount of sugar, salt and preservatives in the recipe. Knowing that one cheese was good, two were nice, three were better and five would be a "Cheeza Pleezer" I created a unique recipe with herbs, spices and reduced the amount of mayonnaise.  Mom was happy and loved the texture and southwestern spices. 
A few years after Mom passed, I made two flavors for a local farmers' marketmade. The Five Cheese savory and the spicy Hatch Green Chilie Cheeza sold out in 2 hours. So I kept making the Cheeza.  Then there was this store. . .
