•	Collaborated with the new CFO to streamline financial processes, successfully reducing the month-end close timeline from 5 days to 3 days.
•	Supported and led the department through a period of significant turmoil, managing the departure of multiple key members simultaneously.

• Safeguard the business operation and accounting system by performing daily analysis to monitor various functions including the ERP system, Manufacturing Production, Order Backlog, Account Receivable, General Ledger, Costing and Inventory.
• Detected errors and control failures, recovered a total of over 1.5 million dollars of Inventory and Receivable loss.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls that secure Fixed Asset, Purchasing, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Costing, Inter-company transactions and Prepaid Asset.
• Evaluate the impact of errors and internal control failures, provide findings to CFO and senior management, and recommend corrective action.
• Lead a team of 2 to execute internal auditing, assessing the effectiveness of departments including shipping, credit, customer service, production and inventory.
• Participle in weekly, monthly and yearly closing process, including journal entries posting to general ledger, reconciliation of foreign bank accounts and preparing closing report packages to senior management.
