o Planned, prepared, and executed the Advanced Special Operations Techniques Course (ASOTC) modernization strategy focused on Strategic Competition and Special Operations Sensitive Activities support to Joint All Domain Operations.
o Determined and formulated policies and provided overall direction for the company’s implementation of the Adult Learning Methodology and innovative technology to the Program of Instruction across the ASOTC, ASOT Managers Course (ASOTMC), and Operational Risk Management Course (ORMC).
o Managed the ASOTC committee preparation and execution of the 2019 DOD Joint Certification, 2019 National Validation, and the ASOTMC first ever DOD Joint Certification in 2020.
o Planned, directed, and coordinated operating activities across five states and nine major cities during a global pandemic. The only organization of this kind to maintain 100% capacity across the USG.
o Directed and coordinated the organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency, all while reducing expenditures by over 15% in a $20,000,000 USD operating budget.
