Pre Deployment Trainer, Coach Mentor

Facilitated mandatory monthly training and new comers brief to all soldiers assigned to our section. Coordinated Physical Fitness Test for over 200 Soldiers and completed over 40 new start packets every quarter. Served as secondary Basic Rifle Marksmanship Instructor for the company during annual (2017) qualifications.

Operations Specialist & Training Facilitator

Capable of teaching new recruits (between 40-160) the proper way to do absolutely everything in the Army, from  personal hygiene, making a bed, to wearing a uniform and firing a rifle. Motivate and instill recruits to become the best, because U.S. Army recruits deserve to learn from the best.

Trained and mentored 6-8 soldiers in basic movements & maneuver as a infantry rifle squad. Coached younger peers in weapons maintenance, physical fitness, team building and daily tasking.

Supervised 3-5 person team as Opposing forces during National training center rotations, preparing units for deployment to Iraq and Afghanistan. Injected combat scenarios to enhance readiness and provide optimal training value.
