Some candidates couldn't reflect on a time when a project went wrong or discuss what they learned and what they would do differently.

Instead of: How do I explain my current job duties?
Ask yourself: Who does a manager want to hire to make their job easier?

Instead of: How do I solve this SQL question?
Ask yourself: What will a business partner want to know from this data point?

Instead of: How do I show I�m a good culture fit for this company?
Ask yourself: Based on my conversations, what behaviors does this company value?

Instead of: How do I stand out from other candidates?
Ask yourself: What unique value can I bring that aligns with the company's goals?
