Achieving this has drawn on my three key work passions

* Collectively we promoted inclusion and psychological safety with the teams we worked in

In a technical product management role, I pioneered the use of semantic technology at Pearson, with a purpose of connecting data to provide organisational, content and customer insights. Created the strategy for linked data and formed a vision that spanned the key data that drives Pearson. 

Led a team that built the first Pearson tool to utilise semantic technology.

Department head, accountable for the solution design, technical strategy, development and business fit of global content related products. Launched an image management product for educational content authors.
Accountable for three significant international digital products. Led a team of c. 45 mixed domain people.

Brought on board in an interim role to kick-start the implementation of corporate web based content management systems. Accountable for re-focusing the programme and fast tracking a return on investment. Introduced Agile techniques to this inflight programme.

Director level consultant, leading engagements with EMC’s highest profile clients all with budgets exceeding £1m. Consulted on transformation and change management for clients in a range of sectors, including finance, insurance and oil and gas.

TassatPay (the platform that powers multiple banks including Customers Bank, Signature, Western Alliance and others) is the first blockchain-based digital payments platform for banks approved by regulators. Additionally, as Head of Product for the Tassat Exchange, developed a regulated digital asset derivatives exchange for institutional investors (launch pending regulatory approval).

Global Interest Rates Swap trading venue (regulated SEF and DCM). trueEX LLC operates the first exchange approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) as a Designated Contract Market (DCM) for swaps. As an exchange and registered swap execution facility (SEF), trueEX has executed over $7.3 trillion in trading volumes and $18.9 trillion in post-trade services. Lead Global Product Manager for block crossing and Liquidnet’s core block trading platform. Managed product roadmaps, customer requests, product backlog, requirements, and release planning. Developed new product innovations such as Targeted Invitations and Surge Capture.

As product lead for Capital Markets, developed web and mobile apps for public companies based on proprietary Liquidnet data and led product management, strategy, analysis and development for Liquidnet’s new private shares trading business and platform.

Lead Product manager and project manager for multiple technology teams servicing fixed income and equities groups on a mix of projects as well as introduction of technologies that went across the organization.

Merrill Lynch Direct Markets, dealing specifically with the MLX web portal. Led integration of content and applications from partners into the MLX portal.

Product Manager for integrating third party sites and applications into the Merrill Lynch institutional client portal, MLX.

Gather business requirements for the implementation of a new portal-wide user interface and set of core services, such as encryption and compliance verification.

Coordinate the work of more than 70 application teams in rolling out new versions of their applications to meet the new portal specifications and compliance guidelines.
