In a technical product management role, I pioneered the use of semantic technology at Pearson, with a purpose of connecting data to provide organisational, content and customer insights. Created the strategy for linked data and formed a vision that spanned the key data that drives Pearson.

Leading the vision, discovery, and development of the Networking Platform, which leverages OurCrowd’s 200k+ user base for the business expansion of OurCrowd’s portfolio companies.

Notable achievements:
Leading the vision, discovery, and development of the Networking Platform, which leverages OurCrowd’s 200k+ user base for the business expansion of OurCrowd’s portfolio companies.
Notable achievements:
•	Discovering scalable concepts of introductions, which within a year increased the total number of introductions by 25% while reducing the need for facilitators.
•	Improving the manual and automatic targeting attempts by enriching users’ profiles and preferences.
•	Improving lead conversion rates by 400% by improving the quality of leads, cross-referencing data, reducing spam, automating communication, and more.

Senior Product Manager, CrowdBuilding

Leading the product discovery and delivery of OurCrowd’s websites, mobile app, and CRM (Salesforce) in order to support OurCrowd’s hypergrowth, three times more since 2017 - we improved existing and established new processes.
I was responsible for the investors' experience from their first commitment throughout their entire experience with our company, including onboarding, the investors portal and mobile app, communication with the CSM team, financial reporting, and more.
 
Notable achievements:
•	An introduction of a whole new online dynamic experience for OurCrowd's investors, the ‘My Portfolio’ portal. My Portfolio presents the current status and valuation of the investor’s portfolio, allowing them to make investments, track their status, read relevant news, and access quarterly and yearly reports.
•	The launch of OurCrowd’s new generation mobile app at the OurCrowd global investor summit of 2019 increased the number of Monthly Active Users across all platforms by 50%.
•	Launching and continuously improving a new onboarding process for individual and entity investors - from one containing a pack of documents to an online wizard experience that makes the process smoother. The median time for onboarding a new investor was reduced by 85%.
•	Automating the process of funds distribution - 51% of the distributions are now resolved online and are ten times faster.

We provide online sample and survey technology solutions to the world's leading market research agencies, media agencies, corporate and small businesses, from our 17 offices in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Being the Product Manager of TolunaAnalytics, a web application for analyzing surveys’ results (B2C & B2B ).
•	Providing a MVP for a presenting and analyzing community’s chat rooms in TolunaAnalytics.
•	Providing a MVP of reports generator which presents and allows analyzing digital tracking (Users behavior) for primary paying clients.
•	 Launching 7 releases and deploying 7 hot-fixes. 

My responsibilities include:
•	Owning the product definition for new features end-to-end. By closely working with business, marketing, training, support development and UX experts, we were able to execute creative solutions to improve our customers use cases.
•	Product Owner of the development team, developing the web application and its backend.
•	Communicating clearly and effectively with worldwide business, Dev, QA and support teams.

Product Manager, TolunaAnalytics

The Israeli Intelligence Corps

B2C Product Management of an enterprise desktop Geographic Information System
•	The product aims to replace an existing widely spread system that was functioning as organization’s core system for two decades.
•	The product includes developing of three “game changing” services.
•	By the end of the 2015 two major organizations fully replace their systems with the product.

My responsibilities included:
•	Developing the product from its conceptual stage up to its operational deployment.
•	Initiating and maintaining direct relationships with customers.
•	Agile development in Scrum methodology. Product Owner of four development teams: Application, database and DAL, images streaming infrastructure and geo-tagging service.
•	Providing system architecture for a scalable and fully redundant backup system.
•	Working collaboratively with user experience experts, providing mockups and initiating usability testing. 
•	Delivering releases once in 4-6 weeks.

In addition, I initiated the following:
•	Generating manually monthly reports, each month analyzing different subject that supported organization’s decision making.
•	Managing monthly User Experience workshop for the unit’s developers.

Senior Product Manager, Venus & Eris

B2C Product Management of an enterprise desktop Geographic Information System
•	Providing the first solution for a major ‘pain point’ for a customer in a new market. 
•	By the end of the first year, we reached 90% of potential users. These users were using the product on a daily basis. 
•	Establishing a training programs and flow chart support.
•	For that product, the team received Chief of Intelligence Award for Creative Thinking.

My responsibilities included:
•	Initiating and maintaining direct relationships with customers and translating customer procedures and needs into system functional characteristics.  
•	Developing and managing product strategy for a long-term positioning in the market.
•	Working with development and quality assurance teams as a Product Owner in Scrum methodology: Leading short release cycles, defining development sprints, prioritizing backlog and workflows.
•	Delivering releases once in 3-4 weeks.
•	Leading product delivery to all potential customers. 

From May 2015 to December 2016, I managed the product as a legacy operating system.

•	Providing the first solution for a major ‘pain point’ for a customer in a new market. 
•	Managing the product since innovation and ideation.
•	Within three development months, the app was adopted by 30% of potential users.

My responsibilities included:
•	Developing the product from its conceptual stage up to its operational deployment.
•	Initiating and maintaining direct relationships with customers.
•	Agile development in Scrum methodology of one full stack development team.
•	Providing system architecture for a scalable and fully redundant backup system.
