In a technical product management role, I pioneered the use of semantic technology at Pearson, with a purpose of connecting data to provide organisational, content and customer insights. Created the strategy for linked data and formed a vision that spanned the key data that drives Pearson.

Led a team of Product and Tech Program Managers in 2 offices. Responsible for the overall product roadmap planning and delivery of the Shutterfly ecommerce platforms and the 5 business units: Tiny Prints, Wedding Paper Divas, Treat, Shutterfly Cards and Stationery, Shutterfly Gifts and Home Décor. 

Revamped the silo'd functional agile team structure to combo (vertical full stack) team structure for faster product iteration and delivery.

Built the integrated web to print operational process to enable seamless integration/ transition from engineering to manufacturing to go to market.

- Product program lead for Touchstone: the initiative that brought PayPal to the Retail Stores
Led 15+ product workstreams that involved 1000's of engineers to build and launch PayPal at Point of Sale Product and ensured a cohesive consumer and merchant experiences.

- Designed and rolled out the Portfolio Planning and Resource Management process across the entire company (3,000+ member engineering org).

- Launched PayPal in Italy, Australia, Spain, Ireland, Netherland, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Mexico, including localized experience, local currency and banking partners, and localized risk and resolution products. 
- Localized 173 countries in 8 new languages. 
- Established PayPal Europe Headquarter in Luxemburg, and PayPal Singapore International Headquarter.

-  Migrated international card processing volume and added 6 new currencies to PayPal users via a new global acquirer.
-  Added 25 currencies to the PayPal Platform.
