I’ve spent my career across cybersecurity, compliance, managed IT, managed security, and co-managed IT, supporting teams in the DoD, Intelligence Community, and regulated industries like healthcare, legal, manufacturing, financial services, and construction.

I’ve built and scaled revenue engines inside growth-stage startups while also closing complex enterprise and regulated-market deals across cybersecurity, compliance, and managed services.

Performs complex activities associated with grant and loan closing (construction and permanent loan closing).  Analysis of financial documents submitted by sponsors, lenders and developers.  Prepare clear and concise reports such as: budgets, cash flow projections, environmental assessments, title reports, investor agreement.  Negotiate and structure projects with developers and other funding sources.  Review of regulatory agreements, loan agreements, development agreements, covenants and escrow instructions verifying accuracy.  Attend developer meetings prior to loan closing.  Coordinate loan closing and other transactions with Legal Affairs Division.  Monitoring and analysis of project status and modifications.  Respond to questions from Sponsors, developers, lenders and units of local government. Work under deadlines to monitor project progress through escrow, construction and rent up. Perform analysis on incoming cases, performing preliminary gathering of investigation whether case should be referred for technical or non-technical investigation.  Identify priority of each incoming case of which needed expedition, review all referrals from CBA units including but not limited to referrals related to continuing education, non-response to initial inquiries and Peer review to determine which statutes and regulations may have been violated.  Determine accurate citation codes for matters assigned under Citation desk.  Provide overall support to the entire Division whenever needed.
