Understanding business (Sales and Marketing) requirements and implementing them in Salesforce (Sales, Services, Marketing Cloud) using the most optimal tools and technologies. Ensuring that all the development done aligns with best practices: reliable, high-performance, and reusable. Work with product managers to do rapid prototyping and POCs. Ensure that the features developed are fulfilling the established acceptance criteria and that all the configuration and customization work is supported with test cases. Provide support in performing QA testing and support. Test bug fixes to ensure they work as per requirements, then deploy them to production.

Having basic Software engineering skills allowed to work together with developers and discuss the code issues with Apex, SQL, Unit Testing, Lightning Components, Automation (Flow), and Experience with Lightning Component development.

Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM (I will be a certified Scrum Master soon). Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.) Using VS Code.

Work on Tech initiatives and be well versed with upcoming Salesforce releases and understand their impact.

Communication with customers (stakeholders) and colleagues, collaborates in a team effectively, plan, schedule, and monitor own work within short time horizons, understand and use appropriate methods, tools, and applications.
