I'm Endrik. I run things at Codenot, where we're all about making cool UI/UX designs, unique branding, and solid software for small and medium-sized businesses. My thing is Agile management, which means I make sure our projects are done on time without cutting corners on quality.

Outside work, I'm all about wakeboarding. It's an awesome way to challenge myself and stay active. I believe it's important to balance work with fun stuff, and I love meeting people who are into outdoor adventures too.

As a Marketing Manager, I never had a big marketing budget to work with.

So I've had to be creative, analytical, and cost-effective. Create value-adding content. Grow organic SEO traffic. Establish partnerships. Build strong personal brands. Run precisely targeted ads. Do it all consistently.

This way, I grew Promoty from zero to over 10,000 B2B users. sTARTUp Day to an international 4,400-participant business festival. Built my own company. Trained and mentored over 100 founders. 

Now I'm helping others to do the same (mostly on LinkedIn).
