I'm Endrik. I run things at Codenot, where we're all about making cool UI/UX designs, unique branding, and solid software for small and medium-sized businesses. My thing is Agile management, which means I make sure our projects are done on time without cutting corners on quality.

Outside work, I'm all about wakeboarding. It's an awesome way to challenge myself and stay active. I believe it's important to balance work with fun stuff, and I love meeting people who are into outdoor adventures too.

strategies and sales.

In the realm of international R&D, mainly in European, Indian, and Chinese markets, I have
a strong track record in concept design, as evidenced in prestigious awards like the Red
Dot and German Design Award, highlighting my commitment to excellence.

Discovering the full potential of the idea
Stagnation often stems from ideas that are not translated into products resonating with
audiences. A designer’s experience in creatively reimagining and reconstructing products
and brands based on customer feedback is a secret sauce of success.

Translating strategy into products
All businesses have a gap between where they are and where they want to be. There’s a
higher probability of building the bridge when you master the creation of concepts and
details that go beyond customers’ current needs.

Practical product development experience is an advantage when the goal is to increase
profits and reduce expenses. I can remove, reframe or redesign features, customer
journey, operational or organizational structure without cutting the value for customers.
