- Working collaboratively with Sales, CRO and Customer support teams to manage the end to end onboarding of customers onto the Marketizator platform.
- Deploying, tracking and managing inbound and outbound materials necessary for customer onboarding
- Troubleshooting onboarding questions from client and/or client service team
- Ensuring accurate set-up, perform Quality Assurance and respond to initial training questions after go-live
- Providing ongoing support for clients after go-live
