- Implemented a new Social Media strategy and operating structure, bringing response rates and contact times back to best practice levels

Responsibilities - Circa 400 FTE, 24/7 operation across UK and India for large Enterprise fixed line customers with a £7million operating budget

Key Achievements:
- Lead the difficult project for transformation of sites, structure, operating model and people following the CWW acquisition whilst dealing with a very high-profile range of large Enterprise customers with complex and bespoke range of technical solutions
- Ensured the management of key internal and external stakeholders at Exec level throughout the site transformation program
- Developed the customer service operating model to improve quality at the right cost base to deliver differentiated customer service
- Owned the end-to-end fault management process and customer experience
- Reduced MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve) by 30% and WIP (Work in Progress) by 45%
