•Oversee the end-to-end management of student and donor data within Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all records and processes. 

•Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform future fundraising strategies.

• Ensured safety of Jewish students at Baruch College protests by providing security presence and educating students on how to responsibly handle sensitive situations.
