As the Founder of True Stars, my mission is to guide creators and entrepreneurs in expressing their unique vision and building a strong digital presence through branding, storytelling, and content creation.

With a background in fine art and the New York art world, I bring a deep understanding of visual communication and storytelling to every project I undertake.

As a web3 content creator, I have successfully built a following in my niche, and I understand how to communicate complex ideas in an engaging and accessible manner.

I run “The Constellation,” a growing community-centric media network at the intersection of blockchain and AI. Here, contributors create, publish articles, and shape culture. Our editorial focus is on spotlighting both renowned and emerging figures, aiming to amplify the voices of smaller players within web3 and emerging tech.

Her work focuses on the future of learning and work and Esther engages with Government, IGO's, C-Suite leaders, educators and policy makers about the need to rapidly rethink skills, learning and hiring in the fourth industrial revolution.

Esther is regularly asked to speak at major international events including; SXSW, Athens Democracy Forum, NBC Universal The Sanctuary at Davos, UNESCO LearningPlanet Institute, SLUSH - world’s leading startup event. Prior speaking engagements also include Coca Cola Europe, PwC, EY, Taylor Wessing, Richmond Finance & IT Directors Forum, Zeno Group.

An expert contributor to papers including the UK House of Lords ‘Skills For Every Young Person’ Select Committee report (2021) Copenhagen Institute for Future Studies; Metaverse Delphi (2022), and World Economic Forum Centre for New Economy and Society (2023), AI Governance Alliance; Inclusive AI for Growth (2024) and the Metaverse Standards Forum, Esther has most recently been featured in The Tech Capital, Tech Exec and Elite Business magazine.

She used to run a record shop, spin vinyl and produce shows for some bands you may have heard of.
